Study on Comprehensive Performance of Three-Dimensional Tube Applied to Gas–Solid Two-Phase Flow Environment

چکیده

The three-dimensional tubular heat exchanger has excellent performance in single-phase flow, but its gas solid two-phase flow is still lacking research. In this paper, analysis and comparison of prototypes made up four different tubes by comprehensive evaluation methods are carried out through experimental research theoretical analysis. results show that the ratio long axis to short tube an important influence on transfer resistance. Furthermore, a reasonable can be obtained comparing performance. Among kinds tubes, factor ηo-I type I best which achieves purpose enhancement. Results from current could provide beneficial guidance for further design application exchanger.
